Adam Levine Lists Beverly Hills Mansion For $17.5 Million
Adam Levine is selling his stunning Beverly Hills mansion for $17.5 million.
Featuring five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the sprawling, single-level home has an open concept living, dining and kitchen space ("one of the best and most dramatic living/great rooms in Los Angeles," boasts the listing), as well as a library, a movie theatre, a private gym/spa facility.
If all that weren't enough, there's also a "speak-easy card room" (whatever that means) and a two-floor “car collector’s garage with elevated lift" for the auto enthusiast.
The Maroon 5 frontman bought the 3.66-acre canyon-view estate in 2012 for $4.83 million, and is clearly hoping to make a pretty profit as he and pregnant Prinsloo prepare for baby.
The home's decor is reminiscent of Levine's bohemian Soho loft, which he and his Victoria's Secret model wife, Behati Prinsloo, also recently put on the market for $5.5 million. (Note the large, Persian area rugs, open concept layout and '70s vibe).
