Preheat oven to 575 degrees.
Apply a thin coat of olive oil on the pan.
Spread generous amounts of flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the surface. Roll out the pizza dough and spread it on the pan to desired size.
Apply 1-2 ladlefuls of pizza sauce generously to the dough, spreading out evenly. Leave a two-finger width space around the edge of the pizza to allow the crust to rise while being cooked.
Add toppings! Include sliced mushrooms, a thin layer of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, sausage chunks, salami slices, and ham slices as desired. Top off with diced green onions and mozzarella.
Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes until the crust and bottom of the pizza begins to golden.
Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Slice and serve!
