2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips/chunks
2 cups milk chocolate chips/chunks
TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE:
Combination 1: Diced dried apricot, Dried cranberries, Pistachios, Himalayan pink sea salt
Combination 2: Pretzel pieces, Unsweetened coconut, Salted peanuts
Place chocolate into a mixing bowl. Use as good quality chocolate as you can afford. Place bowl in microwave for 2 minutes on medium heat. Stir chocolate and put back into microwave for another 2 minutes on medium. Stir until silky and smooth.
Line 9X13 baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour melted chocolate into sheet and spread evenly with angled spatula/knife. Sprinkle each half with different combinations of toppings, or stick with one topping combination for the whole pan. Have fun.
Let the chocolate set for a few hours. Cool in the fridge if you need things to set faster.
Lift chocolate off baking sheet, peel back parchment and break off piece of bark.
Package chocolate bark in pretty cellophane bags wrapped with decorative paper and ribbon
