2 cups tomato sauce
24 jumbo macaroni shells
8 oz macaroni noodles
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
3 cups whole milk
3 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
1 tsp kosher salt
15 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 tbsp butter, melted
