Vegetarian-fed all natural smoked chicken wings

Seasoned salt (kosher salt, pepper, garlic, white pepper)
Wing sauce: Blend chipotle sauce (tomato based Worcestershire sauce, molasses, spice), mustard sauce, Louisiana-style hot sauce (Frank’s hot sauce), siracha sauce, melted butter, and ancho chili powder.
Blue cheese dip: Mix blue cheese, cider vinegar, Mexican sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt (kosher salt, pepper, garlic, white pepper), and black pepper. Refrigerate and let sit for 24 hours.
Smoke chicken wings for 2 hours with hickory chips.
Deep fry until edges are brown and begin to float (should take approximately 8 minutes).
Coat wings with prepared wing sauce. Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce and fresh slices of celery!
