I recently purchased a bunch of gadgets for grilling. From grill bags to slider molds, it's knick-knack suicide for me whenever I step foot in a William Sonoma or other culinary outpost. I can't help myself. There are so many items out there now that make it possible for you to grill just about anything, with the exception of tofu. (Dear Mr. William Sonoma, please consider a basket, bag, pocket or something to toss my tofu inside. If it made the pretty little grill marks too that would be great. Best, Laura.) From steamed, seasonal vegetables and sliders to family-style salads and fruity desserts, you can prepare an entire meal on the grill and never have to set foot in the kitchen, except when your kids send you there three times for random condiments. (Does that happen to you too?) I also find a lot of grilled meals are often healthier since we're omitting rich sauces. However, that all goes out the window after the ice cream. I mean, you have to have ice cream after a grilled summer meal, right?!
Here are some other delicious recipes to try on the grill:
Grilled Turkey Sliders
Easy to prepare and are quite tasty thanks to the addition of simple ingredients like herb de provence. Could you ask for anything more?
Grilled Shrimp Salad
The ultimate summer meal and is ideal for a whack load of people.
Grilled Pork Chops with Apple and Goat Cheese
It's a bit like your old pork chops and applesauce combo but better.
