Relax! It’s good for you.
If you love your work as much as we do, it can be hard to pry yourself away from the office. But long-term mental or emotional stress can be detrimental to your physical well-being, so it’s crucial to take time out to relax.

Drew: The quality of your work can actually benefit from taking a little time away from your desk. Go for a walk for some fresh air and you’ll come back recharged. Have you ever noticed that some of your best ideas come to you when you least expect it? Even taking as little as 10 minutes away from your computer can do wonders for your productivity.
