Taylor Swift has filed to trademark the pseudo-word "Swiftmas," along with a few other choice phrases, which means you won’t be able to rock your ironic Ugly Swiftmas Sweater this year (the word could be banned from apparel.) No More Maple!?
While we’re enjoying the unseasonably warm weather thanks to El Nino, it’s not necessarily good news for our favourite foods. Experts warn of a maple syrup shortage, just one week after we learned that bananas could be going extinct. All the more reason to load up on those banana cream pies and brie with maple syrup and pecans (drool!) before it's too late!
